Since global warming has caught attention researchers authorities, issues are receiving more attention. In this vein, pressure sustainable development goals explains status corporate development. Particularly, green practices including innovation total factor productivity have become hot topics. Therefore, how can be beneficial a major point concern in study. For that, factors role board capital new light for developing innovation.
